HIKING MERAPI MOUNTAIN (1 Night a half day)
By climbing this active volcano with the height 2891 m
from the sea level, you will be served by the very amazing landscape from the
top of it.
The tour starts at 10 PM from Bukittinggi and it takes
around 5 to 6 hours journey to the top. Your great effort will be paid off when
you reach to mountain peak. The amazing beautiful sunrise can be stared at 5.30
AM.
Itinerary:
10.00 PM :
Leave Bukittinggi by Angkot or
taxi to reach the edge of Merapi
10.30 PM : Start hiking up to the top of the
mountain
04.30 AM : Arrive at the top of the volcano
05.30 AM : See the sunrise rising
06.30 AM : Having breakfast prepared by our guide
08.00 AM : Start walking down back the mountain
12.00 PM : Arrive in Bukittinggi
